*Responsibilities/duties: 
|
The Risk Advisory Services (RAS) Practice helps clients to manage the risks associated with the accumulation, distribution and retention of information that may inhibit them from achieving their business objectives.
There is currently a Senior Manager position available for those who possess both an eagerness to take their career to the next level and extensive knowledge/experience in the SAP Controls and Security profession. This is a leadership opportunity that will leverage one?s knowledge in SAP in support and further build the Northeast System Integration Controls (SIC) Practice. Key responsibilities will include: * Leveraging one?s knowledge of SAP with extensive security and controls advising experience (ideally Big 4) with R/3 through version 4/6x. Participating in the development and execution of a business development and marketing plan that leverages the existing client base and identifies new target clients and key executives. Manages Engagement Revenues and cross-selling for non R&A (should this be RAS) teams. * Providing thought leadership to the practice by mentoring staff and providing them with opportunities for growth with the firm (i.e. driving and supporting the firm?s performance management process for employees within the practice). * Directing client need assessments, delivery and/or management of security/control services. * Handling all facets of an engagement including: planning, budget preparation and analysis, developing and delivering proposals/engagement letters, identifying appropriate resources, client billing and collection activities, and development and delivery of final reports. * Contributing experience/insight into practice area and to other members of the practice team, RAS and the firm (i.e. writing white papers, speaking at industry conferences, developing and delivering training, etc.). |

*Requirements/credentials: 
|
To qualify, you must have:
* Four or more years of experience in SAP with a minimum of four years in a SAP Controls/Security environment. SAP experience must include hands on knowledge of one or more modules (i.e. FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc). * From a SAP Controls perspective, the candidate must have significant experience in understanding business processes and identifying risks. * Experience in linking business risks to IT audit requirements within Consumer, Industrial, Information, Communication & Entertainment industries. * A working knowledge of technology infrastructures such as operating systems, databases, and hardware. * Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is preferred. * Proven track record of business development and project management experience. * Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, attract new business and build lasting professional relationships with senior executives. * An entrepreneurial motivation to help continue to grow KPMG?s RAS presence in a broad marketplace. * A strong client services orientation and is accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements. * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. * An undergraduate degree required, advanced degrees and related certifications are a plus. |
