*Responsibilities/duties:

The Vice President of Audit for the Brokerage group is responsible for risk rating the Brokerage functions, creating an integrated audit plan with the External auditors, and executing the approved plan. This person would also be responsible for developing and staffing a team of Audit professionals to execute the approved plan and to prepare reports for management that delineates the results of the reviews conducted.
